Once approved, a 40% reservation deposit holds your chosen kitten and applies directly toward the total adoption fee.
Nursery Updates & Final Vet Clearance
Receive weekly photo and video updates as your kitten finishes vaccinations, microchipping, and final health certification at 10-12 weeks.
Homecoming or In-Cabin Delivery
Pick up your kitten in person at our cattery or welcome your new gentle giant via our trusted flight courier directly to your local airport.

We prioritize the comfort and safety of our kittens above all else. We strictly forbid cargo shipping. Instead, we offer two verified, stress-free methods to bring your kitten home:
1. Direct Cattery Pickup (Fairfield County, CT)
Families driving or flying in can schedule an in-person appointment at our Connecticut cattery. You will meet our nursery team, receive your kitten's physical health binder, and collect their comfort scent blanket and food starter kit.
2. In-Cabin Pet Nanny Flight Delivery (Across USA)
A licensed, professional pet travel nanny carries your kitten inside the passenger cabin under their seat for the entire journey. You meet the courier at your local airport's passenger arrivals terminal. Water, treats, and continuous reassurance are provided throughout flight.
Adoption Requirements & Contract Highlights
Our written adoption agreement protects the lifelong welfare of the kitten and provides legal peace of mind for you as an adopter. Here are the core covenants:
Indoor Companion Policy
Maine Coons are exceptionally trusting and non-aggressive, making them ill-suited for outdoor roaming. Adopters commit to keeping the cat indoors, with supervised harness walks or secure catio enclosures permitted.
Strict No-Declawing Covenant
Declawing is a painful surgical amputation of the toe bone that leads to chronic arthritis, behavioral distress, and phantom pain. We enforce a zero-declaw policy in all adoption contracts.
Spay / Neuter Agreement
Unless specifically adopted with authorized TICA breeding preservation rights, pet-quality kittens must be altered between 6 and 12 months as recommended by your licensed veterinarian.
1-Year Genetic Health Warranty
We guarantee against congenital hereditary defects (including HCM, SMA, and PKD) for a full 12 months from the date of adoption, with full veterinary records provided.
Lifetime Return Safety Net
If unforeseen life changes prevent you from caring for your Maine Coon at any point in their life, our cattery will welcome the cat back or assist in rehoming. No cat from our nursery will ever enter a shelter.
