Founded in Fairfield County, Connecticut in 2018, we are a family-operated feline preservation home dedicated to raising healthy, genetically tested Maine Coon gentle giants.
From a Lifelong Love to an Ethical Sanctuary
Our journey began over a decade ago when our family fell in love with our very first Maine Coon rescue. Astounded by his dog-like loyalty, playful trilling chirps, and serene gentleness with our children, we became passionate advocates for preserving this magnificent native American breed.
Too often, commercial breeders view Maine Coons as transactional commodities—housing felines in isolated outdoor sheds, skipping expensive cardiac ultrasounds, and weaning kittens prematurely.
We established Maine Coon Angels Cattery on a fundamentally different principle: every cat is family first. Our nursery operates directly out of our sunlit home, where kittens are gently held within hours of birth, introduced to friendly pets, and nourished on optimal veterinary nutrition.

We adhere to the official breed standard: muscular heavy bone structure, high ear sets with long lynx tips, square muzzles, and above all, that famous docile, affectionate lap-cuddle demeanor.
Lifetime Support & Lifelong Return Policy
Our bond does not conclude when you take your kitten home. We offer lifetime guidance on nutrition, behavior, and veterinary questions, and promise to welcome back any cat if life circumstances ever change.
